For a quieter stay, request a room on the lower floors, as the top floor can be noisy due to sunlight and drafts.

Breakfast stars!
Had a rough start with a mix-up on our room, but the breakfast ladies made our mornings! The food was tasty. Our first room needed serious cleaning, and the damp smell was a bit much. At least the parking was ample, and the location close to town was sweet. Not sure if I'd recommend this spot, tho.

Suitable for budget travelers seeking basics
Had a pleasant surprise when I found some decent tea and coffee facilities in our room. The big en suite bathroom was bright and clean, made it feel a little more upscale than I expected.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly it was acceptable for the price we paid.

The perfect location allows easy access to local pubs and restaurants, and a spacious room with comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. the lack of cleanliness was disappointing, with stained carpets and a dirty bathroom detracting from the experience. the absence of a car park until later in the stay was inconvenient.

It was just a fitting option for getting around the area in Manchester with great value for the money. The carpet in my room hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, which was pretty gross. Make sure to inspect your room before settling in.

Decent-sized rooms with functional amenities like a wardrobe and coffee facilities made for a somewhat comfortable stay. Wi-Fi connection worked reliably, allowing for easy browsing while relaxing in the room.
Creaky floorboards in the room made it tough to move around quietly, causing some awkward moments when sharing space. The breakfast area consistently had dirty tables, which felt uninviting and put a damper on the morning experience. While the general cleanliness left something to be desired, with noticeable stains and grime in some areas, it didn’t completely ruin the stay but definitely was a letdown.
